1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AlbaTech Connect Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

AlbaTech Connect provides the following software development services:

• MLM Software Development (Binary, Matrix, Level, Generation Plans)
• Blockchain Development (Smart Contracts, Token Development)
• Crypto Exchange & Wallet Development
• Gaming Software (Ludo, Color Prediction, Fantasy Sports)
• Mobile Application Development (iOS, Android, Flutter)
• Web Development & Design

3. Project Terms

For all development projects:

• A detailed project scope will be provided before work begins
• Timeline and milestones will be agreed upon in writing
• Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost
• Client approval is required at each milestone before proceeding

4. Payment Terms

• An advance payment (typically 50%) is required to commence work
• Milestone payments as agreed in the project proposal
• Final payment due upon project completion and delivery
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the custom-developed software. However, we retain the right to use generic components, frameworks, and libraries in other projects. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, business logic, and proprietary data. We will not share or disclose any client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Warranty & Support

• Bug fixes are provided free of charge for 30 days after delivery
• Extended support and maintenance packages are available
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or profits

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlbaTech Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Ensure the intended use of the software complies with applicable laws
• Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to that point. We reserve the right to retain all work until full payment is received.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
